Shannon Muniz helps companies build their sales organizations and grow their revenue. With more than 25 years of sales experience and more than 15 years leading sales teams around the world, Shannon started Strategic Sales Management, LLC, in 2019 to help Central Florida businesses.
Shannon has a lot of experience in the SaaS technology space, and she is affiliated with Sales Xceleration and uses their proven sales process to work with any company, regardless of the industry. As a Fractional VP of Sales, Shannon does the work of a Sales Leader for her customers. This includes creating a sales strategy, building a team of hunters, developing the right compensation plan, documenting sales processes and building that into a CRM, and training/managing the sales team. While 2020 was a tough year for many, all her clients are currently exceeding their sales forecasts, some as much as 3x and 4x!
Shannon lives in Orlando with her husband and three children and in her spare time enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends. She graduated from Florida State University and remains a big Seminole fan today.
Wendy Sellers is the HR Lady. She is a Consultant, Advisor, Educator, Recruiter, Author, and Disruptor with 25 years’ experience in HR operations, recruiting, downsizing, change management, strategy, corporate culture, coaching, supervisor & manager training, and leadership development in all size business (local startup to global enterprise) in a wide variety of industries including healthcare, dental, professional services, technology, manufacturing, construction, engineering, higher education, federal contractors, public safety, non-profit and government agencies (to name a few).

Chuck Bair is a Partner at the Lapine Group, a small management consulting firm serving middle-market to Fortune 500 level clients. He has over 20 years of experience implementing technologies and processes to support consumer-facing online solutions. Specific experience includes CMS solutions, web applications, marketing automation, analytics, and CRM systems. He has worked in a range of industries including financial services, healthcare, and travel.
Chuck has also been involved in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space since 2014, with a primary interest in how these technologies can be made ready for mainstream consumer use.
John King helps entrepreneurs and their leadership teams reach their full potential. He brings 17 years of leadership experience to his clients, including roles in bleeding-edge tech startups, as a co-founder of a non-profit in East Africa that helps orphans and vulnerable youth, and as the COO of a film production company. As COO he led a turnaround that grew sales by nearly 300%, leading to record profitability, while creating award-winning commercials for Fortune 500 and 1000 brands, and writing and producing a feature film, Long Time Coming, that was licensed by Netflix.

Nef Rodriguez is the CEO of the Camaraderie Foundation. Camaraderie Foundation's mission is to provide healing for the "invisible wounds of war" through counseling, emotional and spiritual support for post 9/11 veterans, servicemembers and their families.
Nef has more than 30 years senior executive experience in program planning and management, financial planning, risk management and leadership in diverse industries including civilian (non-profit, retail, education) and military (operations, training, logistics) that span national and global markets. Before coming to Camaraderie Foundation, he worked with Homeless Services Network of Central Florida beginning in April of 2015, where he served as the Veterans Programs Manager and the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to 2015, he trained the Afghan National Army with MPRI, L3 and DynCorp International starting in 2007. His responsibilities included providing individual, collective and mission essential tasks training in all lines of effort including Fires, Intelligence, Counter-IED, Mission Command, Maneuver and Logistics in a joint environment to accomplish the mission of defeating the Enemies of Afghanistan. He received the Bronze Star for combat operations in Operation Desert Storm. Nef served as an Infantry Non-Commissioned Officer and then as an Armor Officer in the U.S. Army. He retired in 2005 with 30 years of service.
Abdullah Tharoo is the CEO and CoFounder of The Tuesday App. Tuesday is a digital and social platform that will rejuvenate the charity auction by creating a social and mobile donor experience that will “make every day Giving Tuesday”.
Abdullah was born in Pakistan and raised in Louisiana. After finishing his college at Louisiana Tech in 2004, he accepted a position in his family business and climbed to the V.P of sales and marketing position.
In June 2012, Abdullah launched PayKoncept Merchant Services LLC, a payment solution company serving non-profit and for profit companies of all sizes.
Abdullah served as the Chairperson for multiple boards in the city of Orlando government including serving on the Mayors nomination board. Maryann Kilgallon is the founder and CEO of Pink Lotus Technologies, Inc. She is a lifelong serial entrepreneur with vast experience in startups. Rebecca York is SVP at Seacoast Bank in the Commercial Lending Group. Rebecca’s professional experience includes being a full time faculty member at UCF in the Accounting and Finance Departments, Management Consultant, COO of a Commercial Real Estate Company, Entrepreneur and Attorney. These varied experiences have given Rebecca a unique perspective into the needs of business owners and executives.

Jennifer Barrows has been a member of Withum’s business development team for over five years, Jennifer uses her extensive connections to create new business opportunities for Withum’s Florida office located in Orlando. Phil Nahajewski is a partner in The Florida CFO Group. He has over forty years of financial leadership experience across a wide range of enterprises. He served as a financial executive for large technology and media companies (Unisys, Time Warner, and Bright House Networks). He was the top financial executive for Bright House’s multi-billion dollar Florida operations.
He has twice led the rescue of financially-distressed non-profits as a Board Member and as a CFO. He has helped ten tech startups in a variety of roles (CFO, investor, advisor).
Phil now serves small and mid-sized businesses as a fractional CFO. He became the first Orlando-based partner of the Florida CFO Group in 2019. He founded the Florida Entrepreneur Success Network (FESN) in 2020 which produces Meaningful Minute videos in which experts and entrepreneurs share their advice.
Phil has an MBA from the University of Detroit and is a frequent volunteer for non-profit boards and mentoring programs.
